APPETIZERS AND SALADS

Salads are available in medium or large - medium is a side salad and large is an entrée size.   

Garlic Wheat Bread Sticks:   
Served with marinara sauce. Please choose 4 or 8.

Minestrone:   
Classic Italian soup garnished with fresh parmesan and basil.

Soup of the Day:   
Please ask your server for today's soup.

Caesar Salad:   
California style: Romaine hearts, ranch, tomaatoes and croutons. Classic style: Romaine hearts, caesar dressing,* parmesan and croutons.

Napa Salad:   
Mixed baby field greens with marinated tomaatoes, calamata olives and feta cheese.

Sonoma Salad:   
Fresh baby spinach tossed with grapes, pine nuts, gorgonzola and asiago cheeses.

Brie Salad:   
Hazelnut-crusted Brie cheese served warm over mixed greens, garnished with fresh seasonal fruit.

Goat Cheese Salad:   
Goat cheese over arugula with pear and candied walnuts.

Salad Toppings:
Add sautéed chicken($1.95) or sautéed shrimp($2.95).

Dressings:
Balsamic Vinaigrette, Gorgonzola Cream, Ranch, Caesar*. *contains uncooked eggs


PASTA AND CALZONES

Tricolor Cheese Tortellini:     
Tossed in a marsala tomaato cream sauce with prosciutto, mushrooms and asiago cheese.

Three Mushroom Ravioli:      
Portabello ravioli combined with shitake and domestic mushrooms, roasted garlic, spinach and three cheeses. Please choose marinara or an alfredo sauce.

Shrimp Scampi:    
Shrimp and tomaatoes over linquine in a classic white wine sauce with garlic and olive oil.

Linguine or Penne:       
Please choose a sauce and add toppings if you'd like. Alfredo, marinara, olive oil and garlic or pesto.

Calzone:   
A baked pocket of pizza dough filled with marinara sauce, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses.

TOPPINGS - Add them to pizzas, pastas, or calzones!    
Meats: Anchovies, chicken breast, pepperoni, prosciutto, salami, sausage: Italian or chicken apple, shrimp

PIZZA
Pizzas are available in sizes Personal, Medium and Large.

Personal Pizza is 9" and 4 slices; Medium Pizza is 13" and 8 slices; Large Pizza is 16" and 12 slices.

Specialty Pizzas

Uncle Lou's:   
Smoked chicken apple and Italian sausages paired with sun-dried tomaatoes, portabello mushrooms and mozzarella cheese..

Lakeshore Special:   
A sauceless pizza with chicken breast, carmelized onions, roasted garlic and arugula, topped with smokey gouda and mozzarella cheeses.

Spinach Garlic Chicken:   
Chicken breast combined with spinach, fresh and roasted garlic, topped with mozzarella cheese.

Shrimp Pesto:   
Shrimp, sundried tomaatoes and pine nuts with a house-made pesto sauce, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.

Thai or Barbeque Chicken:  
Choose either a hot chili tomaato sauce or a sweet barbeque sauce for this pizza topped with mozzarella, tomaatoes, red onion, chicken breast and cilantro.

Vegetable Pizzas

Smokey Vegetable:   
Roasted red peppers, portabello mushrooms, red onion, and eggplant with balsamic glaze, fontina and mozzarella cheeses.

Pizza Primavera:   
A pesto pizza with tomaatoes, artichoke hearts, carmelized onions and roasted garlic, topped lightly with asiago cheese.

Mediterranean:   
Calamata olives, sun-dried tomaatoes, red onions and spinach with feta and mozzarella cheeses.

Mushroom Medley:   
Portabello, shitake, and domestic mushrooms with a white sauce, roasted garlic, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.

Traditional Pizzas

Cheese Pizza:   
A classic cheese pizza; add toppings if you'd like.

Sacatomaatoes:   
A sauceless pizza with fresh Roma tomaatoes, basil, a drizzle of olive oil with smokey gouda and mozzarella cheeses.

Tomaato's Hawaiian:   
Prosciutto and fresh pineapple with asiago and mozzarella cheeses.

Old Fashioned:   
Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and red onion with mozzarella cheese.
